Obstacle Sports

What are obstacle sports?

At Obstacle Sports you combine running with climbing obstacles. All muscles of the body are addressed for coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed and strength. This functional way of fitness automatically makes you more athletic. The obstacles and walking distances vary in length and difficulty, which means that new challenges arise along the way.


This way of sports is very nice to do as a training, but you can also participate in competitions / races.


Within Obstacle Sports, Mobstacle identifies different forms.

Mud Run

This form is accessible because most obstacles do not require much technical skills or much strength. The course usually has mud and is very suitable for getting to know Obstacle Sports.


Obstacle Run

With an Obstacle run you will encounter obstacles on the course for which you need more specific climbing & scrambling skills. In addition, some obstacles are also longer so that you must be able to climb longer.
